    Marlon Ahmar is the son of the Arano Baron, Merrick Montiero and the former village chief Cierra Ahmar.
    Marlon's parents disappeared when he was very young and his memories of them are extremely faint.

    Upon his mother's presumed demise, Marlon was in line to inherit the village chief mantle.
    He was granted the title upon his 18th birthday and has been a cold, calculated leader who almost rules the village by martial law.

    Marlon has remained consumed with studying the magical and sword arts that were his father's legacy and maintaining the village's position of power in the politics of the Riel Desert as was his mother's legacy. He has assumed that both of them are dead and made no effort thusfar to prove otherwise.
